"... ask not what your country can do for you... ask what you can do for your country..."
i believe that was the speech from united states of america's former president jfk. pardon me if i missed out some words (or rephrased some).
anyway, one of my posts were, sort of, confirmed by engr jun lozada's testimony in the senate a while ago. it was not really from engr lozada but from his good friend sec romulo neri. he said that the first class and middle class are not really affected by what is happening in the country. the rich can live with it (this is from me). the midde class, when something wrong is happening, can afford to fly and live abroad... and who cares about the country?
i don't know if engr lozada is telling the truth, but it would be miserable to imagine if he is telling a lie (i bet you can't take it anymore if he is lying).
if i would be followed, i would take it out in the streets. you cannot trust the government anymore. and you don't know who to trust but one must take a stand and fight for it.
wala na lang magmamalinis. i admire engr lozada for admitting corrupt practices he did when he WAS a government official. and now he has cleansed himself, he now has a 'god-given' right to say who is dirty and who is not. sino sa atin ang naglinis ng sarili bago mangutya ng iba?
we are all part of the problem. government officials, professionals, squatters, OFWs, students, rugby boys, police, military, etc. but we are all part of the solution.one cannot act without the other. walang manloloko kung walang magpapaloko. lahat ay magtatagumpay kung lahat ay nanaising lahat ay magtagumpay. wala nang maguunahan dahil lahat naman tayo ay aangat kung walang naghahatakan pababa. lahat naman tayo ay may puwesto sa lipunan.
kung hindi bumaba iyang naka upo sa palasyo ngayon, sana magka 'people power na'.
not that i believe she is involved (actually i pity her because her only fault might be that she talked to a comelec official during the elections... and nothing more), but just look at all the people she has placed in her company. if only she remove all of them from their posts or she step down and the successor does his own thing and try to do a better job.
... and i don't think life is miserable just because i am short of cash and coins. i think it is good because now, i can see that there is still justice in this place.. a true light and not shaded from anything else. in other progressive countries, people are already living a good life that they might not know that people up there are already using their own money ot get ahead of everyone. this is not about i, you and my barkada living well.it is about being a human person living equally on the surface of the earth...
pahabol ko lang... mamamatay rin kayo.
correct me if i am wrong about what i said about other countries. i have only been in hong kong once and i was 14 years old then. i might be wrong, but probably you can tell me i'm wrong if you can only prove that they are indeed clean...
thank you. bow.
